The public booking page may collect your name, email address, phone number, contact preference, requested date and time, and limited scheduling information. Do not place health details or other sensitive information in public website fields or ordinary email.
Information submitted through the public website is used to receive and review your request, contact you, coordinate scheduling, protect the service, and maintain the operational record needed to follow up.
Access is limited to authorized Longevion personnel and service providers needed to operate the website, booking workflow, email delivery, hosting, security, and data storage. Access to protected operational records is role-based and requires staff authentication.
Longevion does not currently use this public website to sell personal information, run advertising pixels, replay visitor sessions, or build third-party advertising profiles. External websites linked from this site follow their own privacy practices.
Public requests are transmitted to the operational system using encrypted connections. Administrative access uses access controls and two-step verification. No online service can promise absolute security; suspected issues are investigated and access may be restricted when needed.
Information is retained only for the operational, security, recordkeeping, and follow-up purposes that apply to it. A final retention schedule by data category remains subject to written organizational approval.
You may change the necessary cookie preference for the current browser tab, unsubscribe from general marketing messages using the link in those messages, or contact care@longevionwellness.org with a privacy, access, correction, or deletion question. Any applicable legal request is handled according to the law and verified account information.
